Why Realistic Self Defense?

Deb Maybury

Have you ever felt unsafe?

Have you ever been in a situation where you felt physically vulnerable or threatened?

Realistic Self Defense for Women reduces the odds that you will be the victim of a violent attack.

Most women will answer “yes” to both of these questions, and, yet, are generally doing little to feel safer. Women typically do not have the time to learn how to protect themselves or may not see the value in self defense training. Women are caregivers and are more likely to send their children to a martial arts studio rather than themselves.

Everyday women become victims under ordinary circumstances. It is time that women become proactive and learn how to be less of a target and how to reduce the odds that they will become a victim of a violent attack.
